Hazel J. Wolters age 84, of Holland, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
Hazel was the daughter of John and Hattie Schamper and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in 1987. She was a member of Rose Park Reformed Church.
She is survived by her children, Holly and Mike Aungst of Rockford, Randy Wolters of Rockford, Kristi and Dale Hojnacki of Rockford; 4 grandchildren, Mark and Denise Aungst, Jeremy Aungst, Autumn Hooper, Michelle Wolters; 3 great grandchildren, Jonathan and Caleb Aungst, Kylee Hooper; brother, Gordon and Margaret Schamper of Holland; in-laws, Russell Douma of Ripon, CA., George Wolters of Holland, Bill and Alma Hamlink of Jackson, MI., Dave and Joyce Meyers of Holland; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland. Visiting will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Yorkshire Manor Senior Living or Hospice of West Michigan.
Dear cousins,
It makes me so sad to hear of another family member passing away. I am so grateful that I was able to see Aunt Hazel on my last visit to Michigan 4 yrs ago with dad. I have SOOO many special memories coming to Mich. when I was younger and staying with the Wolters family. What a blessing to know that my mom has another family member in Heaven glorifying our Heavenly Father with her! My love to all of you!!

Dear Holly and Family
Even after an extended illness, losing a precious mother is so hard. She was always so nice to me when I was a sensitive teenager.
